豬仔脾  6隻
香草      適量
砂糖      適量
生抽      適量
蜜糖      適量

1.豬仔脾解凍洗淨,用刀在骨位界幾刀,容易入味 

2.除了蜜糖, 混和其他醃料,豬仔脾醃2小時 (或前一晚預先醃好)

  抺去多餘醃汁, 豬仔脾放入焗爐, 15分鐘 (250度)

3.反轉豬仔脾, 再焗15分鐘(250度)

4.搽上蜜糖, 再焗3-5分鐘(250度)完成
