蒜蓉豆豉蒸排骨
份量:2-3人份 時間:30分鐘
材料:
排骨粒 300g
蒜頭(剁蓉) 2粒
豆豉 1½湯匙
醃料:
生抽 1茶匙
粟粉 1茶匙
糖 ½茶匙
紹酒 1茶匙
麻油 少許
胡椒粉 少許
做法:
1.排骨粒沖水洗淨,瀝乾水分.切成約1½吋塊,
豆豉沖水洗淨,瀝乾水分.用大匙壓成蓉.
2.把排骨粒用醃料拌勻.拌入蒜蓉和豆豉.
用鑊隔水水用大火蒸約20分鐘,或直至肉沒血紅色,即熟透.
